Domestic Shipping

Thank you for choosing elago—we couldn’t do it without you! Most orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in California on the same day the order is placed. Orders must be received and payments cleared before12 PM PST for same day shipping(exclusion may apply). Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Note that free shipping is also available for orders over $25 (US continental only). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. We do our very best to get your orders out of our warehouse and into your hands in the least amount of time possible!

 
 
Returns

General Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving
your item to request a return. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
after we receive your return. Purchases made outside of elago.com are not
subject to these policies. Please check the exceptions below. Must include a
valid original purchase order number from elago.com. Purchases made outside of
elago.com are not subject to these policies.


Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,
without any missing contents, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned products not in their
original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD
restocking fee. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team
Customers will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package
will be provided by the customer service team.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:
Non-defective Bluetooth Headsets, Headphones, Earphones,
and all applicable accessories due to hygiene issues.
