iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max: Professional Features and Sophisticated Colors

The iPhone 16 Pro starts at $999 USD. For the Pro models, Apple focused on delivering advanced features tailored for professionals. The introduction of a periscope zoom lens and larger sensors offers enhanced photo and video capabilities, making the iPhone 16 Pro a serious tool for photographers and videographers. According to Apple's official event coverage, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available in four stunning finishes: black titanium, natural titanium, white titanium, and desert titanium.

What is the new Apple Camera Control?

The iPhone 16 series introduces a standout new feature—the Camera Control button, which is positioned just below the power button. This touch-sensitive button provides greater flexibility in photography. With a light press, it opens the camera app, and sliding your finger across the button adjusts the zoom. This makes capturing photos and videos much more intuitive. The button can also be used for other actions, such as accessing Apple's new AI-powered visual intelligence features, which allow users to identify objects or landmarks in real-time by simply pointing the camera. 

This camera control button is a major upgrade for users who want quicker, more tactile control while shooting on the go.

In addition, according to Apple "Users can capture 4K120 fps in Slo-mo or Video mode, and adjust the playback speed after capture in the Photos app, including a quarter-speed playback, a new half-speed option for a dreamy effect, and a fifth-speed option that corresponds to 24 fps."

For mobile videographers, this is a game changer because you can do quality color grading in for 4K120 fps in Dolby Vision. 

AirPods 4 & AirPods Max: Hearing Health Protection

Apple continues it's pursuit of quality of life and medical health enhancements. In a statement to Apple, Apple's Senior VP in the engineering department John Ternus says, “with a revolutionary update to the world’s best-selling headphones, AirPods Pro will deliver groundbreaking new capabilities — including Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features — to help more than a billion people affected by hearing loss.”

Like it's predecessor, the AirPods 3, the new 4s do not include eartips and are Apple's best open ear design yet.
